A healthy mixed berry and banana smoothie filled with nuts and seeds to kick start the day! Give this a go!

Perfect on a summers day, this easy fruity smoothie will be ready in minutes and packs a vitamin punch that tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Banana

4 Large Strawberries

Handful Raspberries

Handful Blackberries

Handful Spinach

2 tbsp Seeds/Nuts (hemp seeds/pumpkin seeds/cashew nuts/assorted)

1 cup of plant-based milk (oat/rice/almond/coconut etc) for a creamier smoothie, or water

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser or bullet blender... always wash fruit and greens before blending!
For a cooler smoothie perfect on a warm day add ice cubes to the blender alongside the ingredients and blend for a cooler alternative*.

*Ensure that your blender is capable of handling solid ice cubes or any frozen ingredients before blending.
